You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 777ad8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
777ad8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Until verification is satisfactorily completed, withdrawal functionality may be restricted. Acceptable documentation may include a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Documents must be valid and clearly legible.

Betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time due to live event developments, data feed errors or regulatory requirements. Bets placed on a suspended or subsequently voided market will have stakes returned to the User's account balance.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Once a live bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it may not be cancelled by the User. It is the User's responsibility to verify the bet slip details before confirming any live wager.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 777ad8.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ad8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other financial loss.
777ad8 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
777ad8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where the nature of an amendment is material, 777ad8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ad8 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where otherwise required by mandatory local law applicable to the User's location.
